We understand that cats may not particularly enjoy a visit to
the veterinarian, so we do our best to make it easier for both of you.
Cats Only Entrance
We have a separate cat entrance and a separate dog entrance to allow cats to
be as stress free as possible. Cats have a dedicated, separate side of
the lobby with their own cat scale. We know they usually don't want to
be there, and we would like to make it as comfortable as possible for them,
and you.
Cat Friendly Staff
Our staff is specially trained in handling anxious kitties. We are
comfortable giving them extra time when needed, and extra loving when
allowed!
Cat Friendly Care
For a long time, cats have been overlooked in a lot of areas of veterinary
medicine. We work hard to apply the latest technologies and
discoveries to cats too! For example, did you know that cats can get
heartworms? 10% of the cats we have tested have tested positive for
exposure to heartworms (about the same as testing results throughout the
Denver area). Cats too need a monthly heartworm and parasite
preventative.
Cat Boarding
We understand that most boarding facilities do not take cats. When you
are away, we can provide a safe place for your kitty to stay.
